The wait for Made in Korea Season 2 is getting a whole lot more intense. A brand-new trailer has just arrived, giving fans another look at Hyun Bin and Jung Woo-sung as their characters prepare for another brutal clash. The trailer makes it clear that whatever happened between them before is far from over.

The second season jumps forward nine years after the events of the first season. Hyun Bin returns as Baek Ki-tae, a man whose hunger for wealth and power has only grown stronger with time, while Jung Woo-sung reprises his role as prosecutor-turned-adversary Jang Geon-young. Instead of cooling down, their conflict appears to be heading toward an even more dangerous stage.

This time around, Baek Ki-tae is no longer simply chasing power from the sidelines. He has spent years building his position, and the new trailer suggests that he is finally ready to make his next major move. That ambition puts him directly back on a collision course with Jang Geon-young, who has apparently spent those same nine years preparing his own comeback.

Jang Geon-young also looks noticeably different after the time jump. Jung Woo-sung returns with a sharper appearance and a much colder presence, reflecting the years he has spent waiting for another chance to strike back. His transformation makes it feel less like a simple rematch and more like a carefully planned revenge mission.

And then there is Woo Do-hwan, who joins the central conflict as Baek Ki-tae’s younger brother, Baek Ki-hyun. His character seems determined to carve out his own path instead of simply following his powerful older brother. That decision could become a serious problem for Baek Ki-tae as the family itself gets pulled deeper into the fight for control.

The new trailer also hints that the battle is about to become much bigger than a personal rivalry. Ambition, betrayal, political power, and conflicting loyalties all appear to be crashing into one another as the characters make increasingly dangerous choices. With so many competing interests in play, it looks like almost nobody will be able to stay safely on the sidelines.

The returning cast makes the second season even more interesting. Seo Eun-soo, Won Ji-an, Jung Sung-il, and Noh Jae-won are all back, bringing familiar faces into a story that has moved nearly a decade forward. Their continued presence should help connect the new chapter to the tension and relationships established in the first season.

Made in Korea Season 2 will consist of six episodes, with Disney+ scheduled to release two episodes on September 9, followed by another two on September 16 and the final pair on September 23. The new trailer is already turning up the pressure ahead of that September return, especially with Hyun Bin and Jung Woo-sung once again standing on opposite sides of an increasingly explosive conflict.
